Sorry, no firm answer. As each grand lodge has its own rules, some places might say yes, others no. If you mean may a demitted brother go to a memorial services vice, probably yes. May he actively participate? That’s another question.

As stated in the previous answer, your question is ambiguous. The term dimitted hold various meanings in masonry. If you dimmit from a lodge to join another lodge, changing membership, then I’d say yes, you can participate, if you dimmited from the fraternity, probably not. You would most likely be welcome as a guest, as the funeral attendees are determined by the family.
