First off, very sorry for the long delay. The owner of this site, Tim, has been having some serious family problems.

Freemasons are expected to obey the laws of the land they live in. If one is living in Canada, then yes, cannabis is legal and Masons can indulge. In some states in the USA, it's legal, but federal law still says no, which makes it more complicated. Some places in the world, the law clearly says no.
