Agnostic?

by Eden

I once grew up extremely religious. But my faith has since been shaken. I don’t know what I believe in anymore but I do believe in more of a universal energy that we all return to. Does this qualify as to the Masonic requirement of belief in a higher being?

First off, very sorry for the long delay. The owner of this site, Tim, has been having some serious family problems.

As to your question, I regret to say that it is unlikely that agnosticism counts as a belief in a creator.

Each lodge must investigate each applicant and make its own decision, so it is possible, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Thanks for asking. Good luck to you.
